I had a wonderful time staying at this place. The location is amazing, situated right next to the park and in a very posh neighborhood with everything in a walking distance. The service was top-notch and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities I needed including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, terrace and a flat-screen TV. The leisure facilities were also great, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and a spa centre.
The staff should have been more alert to what was happening with service, as they were running around trying to do their best they couldn't cope with a full service. However, this hotel is definitely recommended for everyone who wants to have a relaxing stay and enjoy all the facilities it offers.

We had a lovely stay with a beautiful view of the river and surrounding parkland just across the street. The room was comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed the complimentary use of the pool and sauna. The location was great for easy access to the town and Richmond Park. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

This hotel is in the perfect location for exploring the beautiful Kew Gardens or taking a walk down the hill to the vibrant center of Richmond. Not to mention, it's super close to Richmond Park, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are clean and well-kept, and the staff are helpful and pleasant. Plus, they serve a delicious buffet breakfast with a wide range of options to choose from.
The front desk at times experienced computer issues, causing inconvenience for both guests and staff.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to Richmond shops, restaurants, and pubs. It's also close to a park and offers fine views of the Thames from its hilltop position. The staff were polite and the hotel had a peaceful atmosphere.

Super spacious room with lovely views. Dog-friendly hotel with options to eat in lounge with dog. Great breakfast and extensive gin menu. Comfortable rooms and good value for money. Walkable distance to Richmond center with stunning views.

Comfy bed, clean room, friendly staff. Helpful decoration staff in bar. Tasty and well-presented evening meal. Excellent cocktails and wine. Tremendous breakfast choices. Lovely room with neat bathroom layout. Close to Richmond Park.
